UX Engineering

Harvard's CSCI E-34: User Experience Engineering is a class covering advanced UX design concepts in a platform-agnostic way, and promotes a focus on the user well before the implementation phase. Coursework includes conducting user research, developing user personas, designing wireframes in Balsamiq, and performing in-person usability tests.
Shown here are two personas developed for a mobile game prototype and an example storyboard detailing the steps a user would take to download a paid app from the App Store.
